Meet Amy

Growing up in Casper, Wyoming, in a fifth-generation pioneer family, I learned resilience firsthand. My father’s entrepreneurial journey saw ups and downs, including a business failure and eventual recovery. My mother, a teacher who returned to college at 40, managed our family’s budget with creativity and tenacity, taking on extra work like lawn care to support us. Watching my parents’ perseverance through economic hardships instilled a strong work ethic and a commitment to success, regardless of circumstances.

As a high school student, I pursued excellence in academics and explored diverse interests, from Russian language studies to debate and choir competitions. My journey led me to the University of Wyoming, where I earned a degree in Biology and Russian Language. My leadership experience in the Golden Key Honor Society set my path in business, leading me to Atlanta for a transformative role with the organization. I also earned my MBA at the Robinson School of Business at Georgia State University.

My career has been anchored in technology sales, where for over 25 years, I’ve consistently exceeded goals and learned invaluable lessons along the way. These lessons center on prioritizing the team, listening to instincts, fostering a positive attitude, and accountability. I’ve also learned the importance of staying calm, unplugging to recharge, and guiding others through coaching.  At the core of my success is a focus on developing and following a winning process.

With Thrivail, I am dedicated to delivering value where clients thrive by nurturing potential, fostering resilience, and delivering excellence.
