Services

Three ways to put a seasoned operator in your corner.

Every engagement starts the same way:  a candid conversation about what's working, what isn't, and where the leverage is. From there we pick the model that fits.

Engagement 01

Fractional Sales Leadership

Embedded leadership for B2B technology companies whose sales org needs to perform at the next level. We run the team, the forecast, and the operating cadence — typically 2–4 days per week for 6–12 months.

  • Weekly pipeline and forecast reviews
  • Quota design, comp plans, territory modeling
  • Hiring, onboarding, and ramp programs
  • Sales tooling and process architecture
  • Direct deal coaching with reps and AEs

Engagement 02

Go-to-Market Advisory

Strategic counsel for founders and CEOs preparing to scale, raise, or exit. A senior operator in your corner without the embedded commitment.

  • ICP, positioning, and pricing strategy
  • Channel and partnership architecture
  • Board and investor narrative prep
  • Sales-marketing alignment audits
  • Diligence-readiness reviews

Engagement 03

Executive Coaching

One-on-one coaching for executives and sales leaders ready to take their results, leadership and success to the next level.

  • Bi-weekly 1:1 coaching sessions
  • Stakeholder management and board prep
  • Org design and team-building support
  • First-time people leaders, leader of leaders, executive coaching
  • Confidential, candid thinking partner for strategy, people management, and critical conversations.

How we work

A 90-day proof window.

Every fractional engagement starts with a 90-day mandate and a short list of agreed outcomes. If we're not delivering against them by day 90, we part ways cleanly. Most engagements run well past the first quarter.

  1. Week 1–2Diagnostic. Team, pipeline, tooling, comp, GTM.
  2. Week 3–4Plan. Ranked priorities, 90-day outcomes, owners.
  3. Week 5–12Execute. Cadences installed, deals coached, hires made.
  4. Day 90Review. Renew, hand off, or extend the mandate.
